The two-story MOB accommodates primary care, urgent care, radiology and lab services, orthopedics, dermatology, obstetrics and gynecology and a multi-specialty clinic offering cardiology, gastroenterology, endocrine and neurology services.
The building features a high level of sustainability with a panelized rainscreen system and curtain wall exterior. Scope also included considerations for future expansion, sitework, construction of an infiltration system and parking and drop-off areas. The project utilized design-assist for the curtain wall façade as well as pre-fabrication for multiple building components in order to ensure quality and deliver budget and schedule efficiencies.
